Product and price

The Morgenglow T-shirt is a made-to-order garment in the size selected by you. The product page and checkout show the product, size, price and delivery charge before you confirm the purchase. The current release is delivered only to addresses in Norway.

Payment and production

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are not stored by MORGENGLOW. The order is sent to production only after Stripe confirms successful payment.

Delivery

Orders use standard delivery to the address entered at checkout. We aim to deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after purchase unless another time is expressly agreed. Contact us if an order is delayed.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item. Tell us clearly by email before the deadline, then return the item within 14 days. You pay the direct return postage. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop; a deduction may be made for reduced value caused by handling beyond that.

Refunds are made through the original payment method within 14 days after notice of withdrawal. We may wait until the item is returned or you provide evidence that it has been sent. Return to: NABUS AS, Kleivveien 61, 1356 Bekkestua, Norway.

Faults and complaints

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order reference and a description. Your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law are not limited by these terms.
