Who is responsible
NABUS AS, organisation number 916 126 069, is responsible for personal information used to run MORGENGLOW. Contact: hello@morgenglow.com.
What we use
For an order we use your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, selected product and size, payment status and order references. MORGENGLOW does not receive or store your full card number.
Why and with whom
We use the information to complete the purchase, produce and deliver the item, prevent fraud, provide support and meet accounting or legal obligations. Stripe processes payment, Gelato produces and fulfils the item, and Netlify operates the storefront and order handoff.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the order, support and mandatory recordkeeping. You may ask for access, correction or deletion where the law allows, and you may object to or request restriction of certain processing. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
The storefront does not use advertising cookies. Stripe may use essential security and fraud-prevention technology when you open its hosted checkout.
